Your Housing Resource Center holds classes throughout the year in both English and Spanish to help first time homebuyers learn the basics of the home buying process. Our classes are eight hours in length and are taught in a class room setting by experienced professionals who specialize in helping first time homebuyers.

Class participants will learn the lingo and leave the class better prepared to successfully complete the home buying process.

We charge a small fee to cover the cost of materials. Each participant receives a home-buying manual.

This class is required for potential home buyers who want access to special programs that provide down payment or loan assistance
